Authentic Luxury now provides an authentication service.  As always, we will view an auction that you are considering bidding on and will give our opinion free of charge at www.knowknockoffsforum.com, but if an authenticity opinion is needed for an item purchased, or you need a certificate letter of authenticity, please follow the steps below:

•  Print and fill out the authentication questionnaire below. 

•   Please copy and paste any additional photos you have taken after you received the item that show close-ups, the serial number, the date code, etc

Fees are paid in advance. Send your payment via www.paypal.com to:  admin@authentic-luxury.com.  Please include a detailed item description (name, color, etc.) and service requested in the comment section.

• Please allow 7 business days for your written certificate letter.

• Rush service is 3-5 business days with an additional $12.00 fee.

• You will receive notification by email once the authentication is complete.  An official written statement, on company letterhead, will also be sent to you via USPS first class mail.  USPS Priority mail is available for an additional charge of $4.60.

• All service fees and sales are final; no refunds will be issued.

When requesting this service, you acknowledge that while we will make every effort to determine authenticity, in rare cases we may not be able to make a determination from on-line photos and descriptions and may need you to send the item to us for inspection. In this event, all shipping charges are the owner’s responsibility. Insurance and delivery confirmation are required.

If an opinion cannot be made after we have received the item for inspection, we will notify you and return your item. Return shipping charges, along with a nonrefundable $10.00 service fee will be deducted from your refund.  The remaining balance of your payment will be returned to you in the same method in which it was paid.

You agree to hold KnowKnockOffs and/or Authentic Luxury harmless for any loss associated with our final assessment of the item.
