For the dough:
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 250ml water
- A pinch of salt

- 500g cottage cheese
- 200g sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs

- 50g breadcrumbs
Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the egg and water.
