Chocolate Village

An amazing experience full of magical moments filled with chocolate surprises that have exceeded all of our expectations! From the scenery, to the most adorable houses, super friendly staff, amazing massage therapy (with chocolate, of course!) and an enchanting spa in the trees - if you want to be wowed, this is the place to be. Every detail is thought through and all we can say is - it was truly chocolastic!

Following strong recommendations by some Slovenian friends, we spent a few nights during the month of May at Chocolate Village by the River. Given what we had been told, we arrived with high expectations - that were exceeded throughout our stay. We stayed in a wonderful cabin, facing the river and the pool - with a private jacuzzi just next to us. From we arrived until we left, we were continuously serviced by unusually friendly and serviceminded staffs, at a level far exceeding what we had expe... From we arrived until we left, we were continuously serviced by unusually friendly and serviceminded staffs, at a level far exceeding what we had expected - even for a 5-star glamping site. Slovenia has a vision of "becoming a green, active and healthy destination, offering five- star experiences." Chocolate Village lives up to that vision in every way. Being chocoholics, we were delighted how chocolate plays a role in most things there, and how you get a holistic feeling when you stay there, given how careful thought has gone into the design of the place, with no money spared on even small details, such as the luxurious towels and bathrobes. We highly recommend this wonderful place, and will return as soon as we possibly can!

The place is luxurious and quiet, a little oasis near Maribor. Every single peace of the house is a master piece, full of warmth, beauty, art and all village is put in georgious nature by the river . It is must if you are visiting Slovenia !!! .A view from houses is amazing. Everyone at the property went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was a comfortable as possible.
