Delightful hotel located in a rare slice of remaining Balinese jungle

Really different hotel (it hangs off a hillside so necessitates being okay with plentiful steps (even with a small funicular railway covering half of the grounds)). Every staff member that we interacted with was warm, friendly and incredibly professional. Adi the barman was one of the most delightful human beings that we met on Bali and a credit to the country. Extremely nice place with extremely nice staff, very friendly and very helpful, really a piece of Paradise. Our room felt like we were in the center of the jungle and very clean . Highly recommend for anyone that comes to Bali. Also the food was delicious.

We definitely enjoyed our relaxing experience in Sungai Spa by Nandini Bali. From start to end, Nari and Senin were both extremely professional, making us to feel comfortable and relaxed. Their massage techniques were superb and my wife and I really appreciated their hospitality and kindness. If we come back to Bali, we’ll repeat this amazing activity again for sure. We strongly recommend it to any visitors who want to have a relaxed break during their exciting holidays.
